I founded the original Healing Through Guitars with my sister in the San Francisco Bay Area and expanded the program to Austin in 2023 when I began my freshman year at The University of Texas at Austin. I continued Healing Through Guitars in Austin because I love playing guitar and piano and sharing kindness through music. I enjoy performing fun and uplifting songs for seniors, veterans, and immunocompromised members in my community.

 

As Mary Poppins famously said, “A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down” — and music often does the same. When I’m not studying, volunteering, or learning new songs (I take requests!), I enjoy playing Club Tennis at The University of Texas at Austin.
